YOGA & ART RETREAT
Many women feel that somewhere along the way, something within us has faded.
Our bodies change, emotions overflow, and priorities shift.
This gathering was born as a loving response to that feeling — a return to the body, the voice, and the tribe.
A deeply healing experience to come back to yourself and remember that you are not alone.
For six hours, we will share a safe and nourishing space where conscious movement, art, and shared words intertwine to support your journey of healing, recognition, and reconnection.

Embodied Healing Journey
A practice to honor the pelvic center, the root of our vital energy and ancestral memory.
Through conscious breathing, yoga, and intuitive dance, we will release tension and awaken the energy that connects us to the earth, our cycles, and the moon.
This body journey — from stillness to vitality — invites us to express without judgment, to release old memories, and to embrace motherhood in all its forms.
A space to reconnect with our roots, trust our inner voice, and heal in the company of our tribe.
Chilean actress and certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga instructor, creator of Mire Yoga and The Moon House Tunquén — a space where she weaves together art, movement, and wellbeing. Her path bridges theater, yoga, and the creation of transformative experiences that invite reconnection with the body, creativity, and nature.
A mother and traveler at heart, Mireya holds each gathering as a ritual of presence and sensitivity.
In this retreat, she will guide the Movement & Healing practice — a journey through yoga, somatic awareness, and intuitive dance to reconnect with the body’s root and ancestral memory.

Textile Art: Intuitive Embroidery
An invitation to recognize the womb as a sacred matrix, and to use embroidery as a channel for introspection and healing.
Stitch by stitch, we’ll connect with ancestral memories, inner rhythms, and emotions once silenced, opening an intimate dialogue with our bodies.
In a space of trust and creation, we’ll share experiences and weave together in community.
Each woman will embroider her own personal piece (25 x 25 cm) as a symbol of memory and power, remembering that the womb is both a source of life and resilience.
More than a finished artwork, this workshop plants a creative seed that you can continue to nurture at home, in your own time.
A feminist collective of Latin American women, textile artists and artisans based in Amsterdam since 2022.
Inspired by the rich Andean and South American textile legacy, we use embroidery and other techniques as a language of memory, resistance, and community.
The collective is formed by Mónica Barraza Madariaga, mother, singer, and textile activist, whose work draws from Chilean arpilleras as an act of creation and healing; and Javiera González, visual and textile artist with over twenty years of research and practice in ancestral Latin American techniques, inspired by indigenous mythology and cosmovision.
Together, we have created workshops, exhibitions, and research projects where textile art becomes a bridge to weave memory, foster healing, and build community.

A circle is an act of freedom and healing. Here, we speak from the heart, sharing our light and our shadows, remembering that none of us walks alone — we are the memory of those who came before and the example for those yet to come.
We return to what’s essential: being women in community, walking together through motherhood, migration, and life itself.
Reaffirming that the truest medicine is found in being together, weaving networks of support, awareness, and love

This circle reminds us that self-care is not a luxury, but a vital need.
Caring for ourselves is an act of love that restores the energy we need to mother, create, and live with fullness.
We will explore how to nourish ourselves through each phase of the feminine cycle, recognizing our inner rhythms as reflections of the seasons and the moon. Through simple principles of nutrition and daily rituals, a meal that comforts, a rest that restores — we’ll learn to support hormonal balance and reclaim vitality without guilt.
By nourishing ourselves with love, we show our children what it means to inhabit a body that is cared for, respected, and free, planting in them the seed of a more conscious way of living.

-We will begin with a cacao ritual and open a heartfelt conversation around:
-Self-care as the root of conscious motherhood.
-Pro-metabolic nourishment: how to feed ourselves without restrictive diets.
-The menstrual cycle as a seasonal journey: winter (menstruation), spring (follicular phase), summer (ovulation), and autumn (luteal phase).
-How to sustain ourselves in motherhood without losing our essence.✨ Closing ritual to integrate and honor what we’ve shared.

Colombian lawyer, mother, and women’s health and nutrition coach.
Founder of Well by Val, she guides women to reconnect with their bodies and nourish themselves without guilt, integrating ancestral nutrition, mineral balance, and menstrual cycle awareness.
Her approach is gentle, sustainable, and non-restrictive — a reminder that self-care is not a luxury, but a vital root.
In this retreat, Valerie will facilitate the Self-care & Cyclical Nutrition Circle, sharing practical tools to help us live in harmony with our feminine rhythms and the flow of motherhood.

Because healing is easier in company.
Because motherhood can feel lonely and demanding.
Because when we share, we weave networks of support and sisterhood.
Because when women truly listen to one another, something in all of us heals.
This is not a space to be “more productive” or “better.”
It is a return — to your center, your body, and your truth.
